Ingredients
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained 2 ripe mangos, peeled, pitted, and chopped, or 1 (26-ounce) jar mangos, drained 1/3 cup finely chopped red onion 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon chopped jarred jalapeƱo peppers
