Pizza Rice   
Combine rice with pizza and you have a child's dream. Red, green and white come together for this main dish or side, it is guaranteed to please the kids.
 









Ingredients
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 (14 ½-ounce) can diced tomatoes, with juice
1 (.7-ounce) package Italian salad dressing mix
4 cups cooked rice
1 cup shredded part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Instructions
1. In small skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, sauté green pepper until tender.
2. In large pot, combine tomatoes with Italian dressing, mixing over low heat.
3. Stir in cooked rice, green pepper, Mozzarella cheese.
4. Cook over low heat until well heated cheese is melted.
